objectives

To develop dance repertoire in Poland, to facilitate access to regular dance presentations, in particular in those areas of Poland where there is no permanent stage despite a large number of active artists and where there is no artistic activity in the field of dance.

description

The Stage for Dance is the Institute’s own programme which allows for a long term planning of the repertoire dance performances. Within the programme, different stages may establish long-time cooperation with independent dance theatres and choreographers or professional institutional dance groups. The programme will not finance investment projects or productions of new dance performances.

The first edition of the programme funds projects carried out from September to December 2011.
