
An experienced cultural manager specialising in the management of art projects and institutions, particularly in the sphere of dance and music. Graduated from the University of Rzeszów (Arts Education in Music), Jagiellonian University (Culture Management), University of Information Technology and Management [Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania] in Rzeszów (Public Administration with Elements of e-Administration) and Alcide De Gasperi University of Euroregional Economy [Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki Euroregionalnej] in Józefów (Educational Management).
He has a rich professional experience gained in public institutions as well as in non-governmental organisations. Between 2011 and 2018, he taught eurhythmics in nursery schools and schools in the province of Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Subsequently, he held the position of arts administrator at the Artur Malawski Podkarpacka Philharmonic in Rzeszów (2013–2018).
In the years 2018–2021, he was employed at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland, where, as a senior specialist in the supervision of art institutions, he focused on music and dance. Starting from 2021, he worked at the National Institute of Music and Dance (Narodowy Instytut Muzyki i Tańca), where he was initially in charge of the Programme Department and later the Dance Education and Popularisation Department, being responsible for the coordination and implementation of educational projects and promotion of dance in Poland.
From December 2023 to February 2025, he held the position of Project Manager at the ‘Most the Most’ Foundation, where in addition to project coordination he was also responsible for administrative aspects familiarising himself with the structure and management of NGOs and collaboration with the business world.
